Teeny-Tiny Room Update

We've owed you all an update for awhile on all the progress that we've made in the baby's room. You better believe that we're almost done with only 3 1/2 weeks from my due date! We started painting back in May, but things stalled for some time, with an unexpected bathroom remodel, a yard update, and lots of family functions the last two months. However, a couple of weeks ago we kicked things into high gear and are 85% finished with the space. I love, love, love how it's turning out. I love when you picture something in your mind and it actually turns out the way you imagined. I can't wait for the room to be 100% complete and to bring our baby boy home to his new digs.  Here's a look at all we've accomplished so far from our to-do list:

·     Prime and paint walls

·     Replace base-boards

·     Add chair rail/picture ledge

·     Make curtains

·     Purchase crib

·     Buy roller shades

·     Recover rocking chair

·     Paint and trim closet doors

·     Replace light fixture

·     Buy lamp

·     Make crib skirt

·     Make mobile

·     Art/pictures

·     Changing pad cover

·     Attach changing pad to dresser

·     Replace knobs on second dresser
